Ingredients
- 196 millilitres (1 small brik) evaporated cooking milk
- 150 grams of fine green asparagus
- 100 grams of garlic
- 70 grams of diced ham
- 65 grams (about 3 slices) of Havarti cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Steps
- Place the garlic shoots and chopped asparagus in an air fryer pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the mould with the cooked asparagus and garlic. Sprinkle the ham cubes on top and mix lightly. Put back into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Turn over, add the Havarti cheese slices and cook for a further 7 minutes.
