Garlic potatoes with spices in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Garlic potatoes with spices in an air fryer. Perfect for snacking or as a side dish


  • Three medium potatoes
  • Garlic powder, ground pepper, thyme, paprika, salt
  • Olive oil


  1. Wash the potatoes well and, leaving the skin on, cut into wedges at most one centimetre thick.
  2. Put half a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, half a teaspoon of thyme and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix with a dash of olive oil.
  3. Using a kitchen brush, brush the potatoes until they are well soaked, then transfer them to the basket of the fryer, I use a silicone container so that they do not stain the basket and do not stick to the bottom.
  4. Set at 190 degrees for 20 minutes and halfway through the cooking time, open to stir and cook on all sides.
  5. Stir again and finally set for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees so that they are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Check that they are well done and ready to serve.
