Garlic potatoes with spices in Air fryer

Ingredients
- Three medium potatoes
- Garlic powder, ground pepper, thyme, paprika, salt
- Olive oil
Steps
- Wash the potatoes well and, leaving the skin on, cut into wedges at most one centimetre thick.
- Put half a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, half a teaspoon of thyme and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix with a dash of olive oil.
- Using a kitchen brush, brush the potatoes until they are well soaked, then transfer them to the basket of the fryer, I use a silicone container so that they do not stain the basket and do not stick to the bottom.
- Set at 190 degrees for 20 minutes and halfway through the cooking time, open to stir and cook on all sides.
- Stir again and finally set for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees so that they are crispy and golden brown.
- Check that they are well done and ready to serve.
