Ear in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Ear in an air fryer. Recipe for crispy ear, quick and very yummy.

Ingredients

  • 500 g cooked ear (marinated or natural)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Olive oil.

Steps

  1. In a bowl add the ear, ground black pepper, garlic and parsley. The ear is already prepared (in the case of the marinated one) if you don’t want to add more spices just add the oil which is also optional.
  2. Mix the ear with the spices.
  3. Preheat the air fryer at 200° for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the ear to the basket of the air fryer and drizzle it with olive oil.
  5. Cook at 200° for 15-20 minutes.
  6. After 7-10 minutes turn the ear over, depending on how well done you like it.
  7. After time has elapsed and it is cooked to your liking, remove from the fryer basket and serve on a plate.
  8. Ready to eat, enjoy!

Chef’s Recommendations

The spices are completely optional whether you use marinated or uncooked ears, you can cook them with just a little bit of oil and that’s it.Keep an eye on the time and temperature of your fryer as they are not all the same and of course the doneness of the ear, if you want it crispier just add a few more minutes and get ready to enjoy.You can serve the ear with a spicy, lemon or barbecue sauce… I particularly recommend the spicy one.Enjoy!!!
