Crab cakes in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 900g crab meat
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped Olive oil, for brushing.
Steps
- In a large bowl, use your hands to gently combine all ingredients except olive oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture and form into patties. Place on a plate.
- Paint with oil.
- Transfer half of the crab cakes to the tray inside the air fryer basket in a single layer. Insert the basket into the fryer.
- Set the fryer to 170 ºC and 18 minutes. Check when there are 10 minutes left and turn if necessary. When the crab cakes are golden brown and cooked, transfer them to a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining crab cakes.
