Ingredients

  • 600 gr pieces of cod loin
  • Two garlic, one onion
  • One red and one green pepper of good size
  • Two ripe tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. Chop the garlic into small pieces, the peppers into strips and the tomato into chunks.
  2. Place the garlic, onion and peppers in a silicone fryer dish, drizzle with olive oil, cook at 185 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt and pepper, now program another 6 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius and stir again halfway through cooking.
  4. Season the medium-sized pieces of cod with salt and pepper, place them on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with a little paprika, add a dash of oil and set at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  5. Check that the cod is well cooked and sprinkle with chopped parsley, it is now ready to serve.

To complete the dish, I accompany the fish with steamed potatoes or potatoes previously cooked in the fryer as a bed for the fish.
