Chicken Tikka Sticks in Air fryer

  • 79 ml coconut milk
  • 24 g tomato paste
  • 3 g garam marsala
  • 2 g cumin
  • 3 g turmeric
  • 2 g cardamom
  • 3 g garlic powder
  • 25 g ginger, grated
  • 5 g salt
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • .


  1. Combine everything except chicken in a bowl and mix.
  2. Dunk the chicken legs in the coconut marinade and mix until the legs are well coated. Marinate for up to 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oil-less fryer to 175°C.
  4. Remove the chicken legs from the refrigerator and place in the preheated air fryer.
  5. Cook at 175°C for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with steamed basmati rice.
