Ingredients
- Queso Philadelphia 340gr
- Nata 200gr
- Azucar 160gr
- Eggs 2
- Harina 11gr
Steps
- Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the sugar.
- Once mixed, add the eggs one at a time.
- Then add the cream and sift in the flour.
- We put it in a not very big mould with baking paper.
- Put it in the air fryer for 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
- When it is ready, let it cool down to room temperature, once it is not hot, put it in the fridge.
