- 450 g sharp Cheddar cheese
- 450 g thinly sliced bacon at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs .
Steps
- Cut the block of cheddar cheese into approximately 6 equal sized portions. Take two slices of bacon and wrap each piece of cheddar cheese cheddar cheese, completely covering the cheese. Trim off any excess fat.
