Cauliflower bites buffalo sauce in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (375 ml) whole milk
- 2 cups (280 g) Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 and 1/2 cups (250 g) ranch dressing
- 1 cup (250 ml) hot sauce
- Chopped parsley, for garnish .
Steps
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, garlic powder and onion powder. In a second bowl, mix the egg and milk. In a third bowl, pour in the breadcrumbs.
- Insert a floret of cauliflower into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture and finally into the breadcrumbs.
- Repeat these steps until all the cauliflower is breaded.
- Insert some of the florets into the frying basket, without saturating it.
- Set your deep fryer without oil at 200°C for 8 minutes. Shake the basket to stir the contents halfway through the time. Once the time is up, carefully remove the cauliflower. If larger pieces are not tender, cook for a further 2 min to 3 min.
- Repeat until all the cauliflower is cooked.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix together the ranch dressing and hot sauce. Heat over low heat until mixture is lukewarm.
- Simmer cauliflower in warm sauce and serve immediately. Garnish with parsley.
