Air Fryer Breakfast Sandwich

A homemade air fryer breakfast sandwich — a toasty English muffin, a perfectly set egg, melty white cheddar and Canadian bacon. It beats the drive-thru version and is ready in about 10 minutes.
The air fryer sets the egg in a little ramekin and toasts the muffin at the same time. Wrap and freeze a batch for grab-and-go mornings.

Instructions
Set up
Spray a small ramekin that fits your basket. Crack the egg into it with the hot water, season, and whisk lightly.
Air fry
Air fry the egg ramekin, the muffin halves and the Canadian bacon together at 325°F. Remove the muffin and bacon after about 5 minutes once toasted/warm; give the egg 7–8 minutes until set.
Build
Layer the cheese, Canadian bacon and egg on the muffin so the cheese melts, then close and serve.
- A splash of hot water makes the egg puff up light and fluffy.
- Put the cheese on the hot egg so it melts.
- Wrap extras in foil and freeze; reheat in the air fryer for 4–5 minutes.
