Beef tenderloin in cream sauce in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Beef tenderloin in cream sauce in an air fryer. Recipe for creamed beef tenderloin, a delicious and very easy recipe.


  • 2 medallions of beef tenderloin
  • 80 g of cream cheese, preferably Mascarpone
  • A dash of liqueur
  • Salt and pepper.


  1. Season the beef tenderloin medallions with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  3. When hot, add the medallions on a tray or dish compatible with your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the Mascarpore in a pan with a splash of milk or stock. Season with salt and pepper and add a splash of liquor.
  6. When there are 2 minutes left, add the sauce on top of the tenderloins and finish cooking.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Chef’s Recommendations

The times and temperatures are approximate, as they depend on the air fryer you have and how you like your meat to be cooked.You can sprinkle pistachios or chopped almonds on top before removing from the air fryer to give them a different touch. You can also serve them with a side of potatoes, roasted peppers or grilled vegetables.For the cream you can use mascarpone or any other cream cheese of your choice.Enjoy!
