Ingredients
- 400 grams of thinly sliced lean veal
- Sesame oil
- Olive oil
- Salsa barbacoa
- 12 grams brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Steps
- Once you have everything mixed together, cut the veal into something similar to strips, so that it cooks faster in the air fryer.
- Mix the veal well in the marinade and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day put the strips well distributed in the fryer. If you have a rack, more will fit, I make several batches. Make sure they are aligned but not overlapping.
- Cook at 170 degrees for 5 minutes, turn over and then cook for another 5 minutes. It is not necessary to preheat. Leave to cool a little and the veal is ready.
