Banana nut fryer bread in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 28 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g sugar1 egg, beaten
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 2 ml pure vanilla extract
  • 20 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 g bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 g salt40 g chopped walnuts
  • Non-stick spray oil

Steps

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar.
  2. Mix the eggs, mashed banana and vanilla. Set aside.
  3. Select Preheat, on the air fryer set the temperature to 150°C and press Start/Pause.
  4. Toss the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Then mix in the chopped nuts.
  6. Grease 1 mini loaf tin with cooking spray and fill with the mixture. Place in the preheated air fryer.
  7. Select Desserts, set to 40 minutes and press Start/Pause.
