Air Fryer Bacon and Egg Cups

These air fryer bacon and egg cups are a grab-and-go breakfast dream: a crispy bacon shell wrapped around a baked egg and melty cheese, all in a silicone muffin cup. Make a batch on Sunday and reheat all week.
They're low-carb, high-protein, and endlessly customizable. The air fryer sets the egg and crisps the bacon in one go — no stovetop needed.

Instructions
Line the cups
Lightly grease silicone muffin cups. Line the inside of each with a slice of bacon, forming a ring, and tuck a small piece in the bottom.
Fill
Add a little shredded cheese to each cup, then crack an egg into the middle. Season with salt and pepper.
Air fry
Air fry at 350°F for about 10–12 minutes, until the egg is set to your liking and the bacon is crisp.
- Use silicone cups so the eggs release cleanly.
- Thin bacon crisps better in the shorter cook time.
- For firmer yolks, add 2–3 minutes.
