Peppers stuffed with ricotta and tuna in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 2 different coloured peppers cut in half lengthwise and seeded
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g ricotta cheese
- 2 5 oz cans of tuna
- ½ chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and paprika to taste .
Steps
- Toss the peppers in the olive oil and place them in the frying basket of the fryer (note the size). Program for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Meanwhile mix the cheese with the tuna, onion, cream, salt and paprika. Once the peppers are ready remove the cooking tray and place the cheese and tuna mixture on each pepper, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. Re-program for a further 5 minutes.
