Sea bass en papillote in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Sea bass en papillote in an air fryer. A very tasty and healthy recipe for sea bass, a different and easy way to eat fish.

Ingredients

  • 2 loins of sea bass
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4-5 wild asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. Cut the tomato and green pepper into julienne strips. Sauté the chopped vegetables and the asparagus in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Part two fairly large aluminium foil sheets. Place a seasoned sea bass fillet and a drizzle of oil on each one. Place the vegetables on top and close the foil as if it were an envelope.
  3. Place in the air fryer preheated to 200° for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot in the same envelope and break the foil at the table. Enjoy!

You can vary the vegetables and add the ones you like the most, for example carrots, courgettes, green beans…Accompany it with a side of boiled, baked or fried potatoes and get ready to lick your fingers.
