Sea bass en papillote in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 2 loins of sea bass
- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 4-5 wild asparagus
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Cut the tomato and green pepper into julienne strips. Sauté the chopped vegetables and the asparagus in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
- Part two fairly large aluminium foil sheets. Place a seasoned sea bass fillet and a drizzle of oil on each one. Place the vegetables on top and close the foil as if it were an envelope.
- Place in the air fryer preheated to 200° for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot in the same envelope and break the foil at the table. Enjoy!
