Pepper and meat pie in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Pepper and meat pie in an air fryer. Very tasty and simple recipe for pepper and meat pie.

Ingredients

  • 225 g peppers
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1/2 onion (purple or white)
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Grated cheese (optional)
  • .

Steps

  1. Cut the peppers into thin, short strips.
  2. Cut the onion into julienne strips.
  3. Carry the peppers, onion, a little oil and salt in a bowl suitable for your air fryer. Mix well.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 160º.
  5. Meanwhile, peel two potatoes, dice them and boil them in a saucepan with water and salt.
  6. Open the air fryer and add the meat.
  7. Stir to combine with the peppers and cook for 5 minutes at 160º.
  8. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove the water and mash with a fork to a puree. Add a drizzle of oil and a little black pepper.
  9. Open the air fryer and spread the puree over the vegetables and meat.
  10. Pour some grated cheese on top and grill for 8 minutes at 190º.

Chef’s Recommendations

You can make this pie with other vegetables (courgette, aubergine, leeks…) or even use deep-frozen vegetables to make it much easier and quicker.
