Sirloin and vegetable casserole with soy sauce in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef tenderloin
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bricoli
  • 1 pepper
  • Soya sauce

Steps

  1. Clean and cut the sirloin into approx. 5 cm cubes and set aside.
  2. Wash the vegetables and cut into cubes or whatever shape you like.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes at 180°.
  4. Insert a bowl in the fryer basket with a little water, add the vegetables with salt and pepper and program for about 30 minutes.

  7. Pinch the vegetables, if they are crispy add the meat and a good splash of soy.
  8. Let cook for about 15 minutes.

  10. In a separate pan reduce the sauce for 5 minutes and add it back to the meat with vegetables.
  11. Serve on a serving dish and enjoy.
