Ingredients

    1. Using a whisk, beat the free-range eggs with the softened butter and sugar.
    2. Mash the bananas with a fork or mash with a whisk and stir in until well blended.
    3. Combine the flour, baking powder and sifted cinnamon in a bowl. Add the previous mixture little by little and stir in a gentle, non-crushing motion.
    4. Add a few dark chocolate pearls, the chopped walnuts and stir in the mixture.
    5. Prepare the baking tin: grease it with butter or cover it with baking paper.
    6. Pour in the cake batter and top with chocolate pearls and nuts for garnish.
    7. Place in the airfryer and cook for 35 minutes at 165 degrees Celsius. Never open the pan.
    8. Once the time has elapsed, check that the cake is ready by pricking it with the edge of a knife or toothpick. If it comes out dry, it is perfect. If not, leave for a few more minutes.
