- 25 to 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 30 grams of almond or oat flour
- Black pepper
- Orégano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Poppy seeds
Steps
- Put the egg in a bowl and beat well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture in a silicone mould or on parchment paper and spread with a spoon. They should be separated from each other.
- Cook 8 minutes at 200 degrees in the air fryer (4 minutes per side).
