Ingredients
- 70 grams sugar
- 70 grams wheat flour
- 200 grams dark/pure chocolate
- 80 ml olive oil
- Nut miz
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavouring with beans
- 1 egg
- 80 grams sugar
- Cocoa nibs

- FOR THE BROWNIE In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the oil in the microwave (1.10 minutes was enough). Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything with the chocolate and in a suitable tray, with wet parchment paper so that it doesn’t stick, pour this first mixture, add the nuts and dried fruit.
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE On the other hand, mix all the cheesecake ingredients together. Put this second mixture on top of the brownie mixture and sprinkle with the cocoa nibs. With the air fryer preheated, program 165 degrees for 25 minutes, then 135 degrees for another 30 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and enjoy.
Chef’s Recommendations
You can replace the cocoa nibs if you don’t have any with chocolate chips or break the brownie chocolate itself into small pieces.
