Mini cheesecake in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 150g cheese spread
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 raspberry per mini cheesecake
- For the jam: 1 tbsp honey
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- Raspberries to taste .
Steps
- In a bowl add one egg, the cream cheese, milk, condensed milk and vanilla. Stir well until the cheese is well dissolved.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200° for 5 minutes.
- Fill the muffin tins.
- Pass the tins into the air fryer and set at 170° for 20-25 minutes, removing them when they are golden brown. Let them cool. Meanwhile, make the jam in a bowl by mixing the honey, lemon and raspberries together. Then decorate the mini cheesecakes with the jam.
