Vegan meatballs in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 15-20 g mushrooms
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 400 g cooked lentils
  • 60 g breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
  • Peril
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato concentrate
  • .

Steps

  1. In a blender jug or chopper (the blender’s blades will do), place the blades in the blender.
  2. Mushrooms and walnuts in the jug.
  3. Add the lentils, tomato concentrate, parsley, salt and pepper, continue to blend for a while until you see a homogeneous mass.
  4. Add the breadcrumbs and mix for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Form the mixture into balls the size of golf balls.
  6. Place the balls in the basket of the air fryer.
  7. Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes at 190º.
  8. You can serve with your choice of pasta and favourite sauce. Serve piping hot!

You can eat them with pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle ….) Bolognese style or simply with a bed of cucumber and some basmati rice – spectacular!If you like spices you can add garlic powder, Provencal herbs and a little spice with a little cayenne, all to your taste and choice.
