Vegan meatballs in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 15-20 g mushrooms
- 100 g walnuts
- 400 g cooked lentils
- 60 g breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
- Peril
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tomato concentrate .
Steps
- In a blender jug or chopper (the blender’s blades will do), place the blades in the blender.
- Mushrooms and walnuts in the jug.
- Add the lentils, tomato concentrate, parsley, salt and pepper, continue to blend for a while until you see a homogeneous mass.
- Add the breadcrumbs and mix for 10-15 seconds.
- Form the mixture into balls the size of golf balls.
- Place the balls in the basket of the air fryer.
- Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes at 190º. You can serve with your choice of pasta and favourite sauce. Serve piping hot!
