White chocolate biscuits in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 180 g (1 bar) white dessert chocolate
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 50 g brown sugar
- 25 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 50 g almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder .
Steps
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Beat the butter with the two sugars. Add the egg and beat again.
- Add the yeast and the flours and mix.
- Incorporate the chocolate, reserving a few pieces, and mix.
- Let stand for at least 45 min in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the fryer to 170°>
- Form 20 balls with your hands, flatten a little with your hands and place in the fryer basket with baking paper, leaving space between them, you will have to make several batches. Distribute the reserved chocolate pieces on top and crush them a little to sink them into the dough. Cook for about 15 min. Remove from the fryer, leave to cool for a few minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
