  • 1 ½ cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Chia and sesame seeds (optional)


  1. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°.
  2. In a bowl add the eggs, cheese, salt, sweetener, baking powder and oat flour.
  3. Mix until you have a homogeneous, slightly moist and thick dough.
  4. Divide the dough into four or five equal portions and then with the help of your hands give it a rounded shape.
