Vegetables with butter in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g halved potatoes
- 200 g sliced courgettes
- 200 g diced carrots
- 200 g broccoli
- 50 g butter
- Salt
- Pepper .
Steps
- Wash the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the courgettes and potatoes and slice the carrots.
- Place the vegetables in the basket of the air fryer.
- Pour the butter on top (you can add more if you like). Season with salt and pepper (you can add spices of your choice garlic powder, herbs…)
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Turn the fryer on to a temperature of 200° and put the vegetables in for about 7 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
