Ingredients
- 4 fillets of sea bass
- A lemon
- Salt, pepper
- Garlic/parsley breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
Steps
- Place the 4 sea bass fillets in the basket in a silicone mould.
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- Slice the lemon and drizzle the juice over the fillets.
- Take a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and lightly sprinkle a thin layer over the fish, it should be light, I choose this breadcrumbs because it saves work but you can use normal breadcrumbs and add chopped garlic and parsley on the side.
- With an oil sprayer spray lightly on the fish
- Programme at 185 degrees C for 12 minutes
