Enjoy this recipe on how to make Salmon en papillote in an air fryer. Quick, delicious and with hardly any staining. Ideal for me and my egg-heads!

Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon
  • Half a small onion
  • Half a leek
  • One small carrot
  • 1/3 raw red pepper
  • A small piece of courgette or aubergine

Steps

  1. Cut all the vegetables into small squares
  2. On a piece of albal paper, drizzle a little oil and place the salmon on top.
  3. Place all the vegetables on top of the salmon
  4. Salt and pepper to taste, close the albal by making packets (better one per portion of salmon).
  5. Put in the Airfryer, 15 minutes at 80°.
  6. Take it out of the albal and swallow!

Chef’s Recommendations

If you don’t have all the vegetables, that’s fine, you don’t have to use all of them.
