Saint Mary cutlet in Air fryer

  • 2 g salt
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 2 g garlic powder
  • 2 g onion powder
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • A pinch of dried rosemary
  • A pinch of cayenne
  • A pinch of dried sage
  • 1 boneless chop
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 t-bone steak
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 t-bone cutlet


  1. Select Preheat on the air fryer and press Start/Pause.
  2. Mix the seasonings and sprinkle over the steak.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the steak.
  4. Place the steak in the preheated air fryer.
  5. Select Steak and press Start/Pause.
  6. Remove the steak from the air fryer when done. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  7. Remove the steak from the air fryer when done.
