Saint Mary cutlet in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 2 g salt
- 2 g black pepper
- 2 g garlic powder
- 2 g onion powder
- 2 g dried oregano
- A pinch of dried rosemary
- A pinch of cayenne
- A pinch of dried sage
- 1 boneless chop
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 t-bone steak
- 15 ml olive oil 1 t-bone cutlet
Steps
- Select Preheat on the air fryer and press Start/Pause.
- Mix the seasonings and sprinkle over the steak.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steak.
- Place the steak in the preheated air fryer.
- Select Steak and press Start/Pause.
- Remove the steak from the air fryer when done. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Remove the steak from the air fryer when done.
