Rejos in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g squid legs
- Wheat flour
- Chickpea flour
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Peril
- Garlic powder
- Sliced lemon
- Lemon Sliced lemon.
Steps
- To make the yews tender, freeze and then leave to defrost in the fridge overnight.
- Dry the yews very well, season with salt.
- Mix wheat flour with chickpea flour.
- Add salt, parsley, ground black pepper and garlic powder and then flour the yews.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200° for 5 minutes.
- Poat the yews with a little oil and place in the basket of the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 180°.
- Turn after 5-6 minutes to cook equally on both sides. After the time has elapsed, remove, plate and enjoy!
