Rejos in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 400 g squid legs
  • Wheat flour
  • Chickpea flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Peril
  • Garlic powder
  • Sliced lemon
  • Lemon

Steps

    To make the yews tender, freeze and then leave to defrost in the fridge overnight.
  1. Dry the yews very well, season with salt.
  2. Mix wheat flour with chickpea flour.
  3. Add salt, parsley, ground black pepper and garlic powder and then flour the yews.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200° for 5 minutes.
  5. Poat the yews with a little oil and place in the basket of the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 180°.
  6. Turn after 5-6 minutes to cook equally on both sides.
  7. After the time has elapsed, remove, plate and enjoy!

Chickpea flour is great for a crunchy touch, rice flour is also very good, but you can use any other flour.It is important to shake off the excess flour.The time is approximate depending on the thickness of the squid and the air fryer.The spices are to taste.
