Italian meatballs in Air fryer

Enjoy this recipe on how to make Italian meatballs in an air fryer. Italian meatballs recipe for deep fryers without oil. Easy and simple, finger-licking good.


  • 250 g minced beef (75/25)
  • 28 g bread crumbs
  • 30 ml milk 1 egg
  • 3 g garlic powder
  • 2 g onion powder
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • 2 g dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 15 g Parmesan cheese, grated and a little more to serve
  • Oil spray
  • Marinara sauce, to serve


  1. Combine the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, spices, salt, pepper and Parmesan.
  2. Create small balls with the meat mixture. Place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. Select Preheat on the air fryer and press Start/Pause.
  4. Remove the meatballs from the refrigerator and place them in the baskets of the preheated air fryer. Spray the meatballs with oil spray and cook at 205°C for 8 minutes.
  5. Serve with marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.

Chef’s Recommendations

We recommend that you try several times if they don’t come out perfect the first time. Take a reference from your oil-less fryer, if it needs more or less temperature with what is specified in the recipe. Not all fryers are the same, and times may vary slightly. This recipe has been tested in a Cosori air fryer, but you can use another manufacturer’s air fryer without problems. You can either buy the marinara sauce or make your own to make it homemade like the meatballs. Enjoy!
