Ingredients
- 1 pollo limpio
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3-4 garlic (to be grated)
- 1 glass chicken stock
- 3-4 patatas
- Pepper mix
- Tomillo seco
- Cúrcuma
- Sal
Steps
- The first thing to do is to clean the chicken thoroughly, remove any remaining feathers and clean the inside of the chicken.
- Brush the whole chicken with the butter. You can add as much as you like, but make sure it is well impregnated, and put the bay leaves inside.
- Grate the garlic and sprinkle with the rest of the spices so that everything is even and well-painted.
- While the painted chicken is resting, peel the potatoes and cut to taste.
- Place in your air fryer at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes with a pinch of salt. Once the time is up, stir the potatoes.
- Once the time has elapsed, place the chicken on top of the potatoes with the glass of stock and cook at 180 degrees for 25 minutes with the chicken side down.
- After 25 minutes, turn the chicken over, stir the potatoes and cook again for a further 20 minutes.
- Check that it is ready. If necessary, program 5 more minutes and eat.
- Remove, plate and enjoy.
