Bonito with pisto in Air fryer

Ingredients

• Tuna medallions
• Patatas
• Onions, peppers and tomatoes

Steps

1. Poach some potatoes and set aside
2. Prepare a ratatouille with the vegetables
3. Place the poached potato, put the tuna on top and pour the ratatouille you made with the vegetables.
4. Set at 170°C for about 15 minutes
