Bacon-wrapped jalapeños in Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 6 medium jalapenos cut in half lengthwise and seeded.
  • 120 g minced pork.
  • 60g cheddar cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 strips of bacon cut in half.

Steps

  1. Cut the jalapeños in half, lengthwise, and remove all the seeds with a spoon. Set aside.
  2. Mix the minced meat, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon approximately 20 ml of the pork mixture into one half of the jalapeño.
  4. Bring the jalapeño halves back together and wrap with bacon.
  5. Select Preheat, set the temperature to 160°C and press Start/Pause.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños in the preheated air fryer.
  7. Select Bacon, set the time to 16 minutes and press Start/Pause.
  8. Serve with your favourite sauce.

Chef’s Recommendations

We recommend that you try several times if they don’t come out perfect the first time. Take a reference of your oil-less fryer, if it needs more or less temperature with what is specified in the recipe. Not all fryers are the same, and times may vary slightly. This recipe has been tested in a Cosori air fryer, but you can use another manufacturer’s air fryer without any problems.
