Ingredients
- Tuna, two small cans, natural
- Frozen red pepper
- Frozen green pepper
- Frozen crumbled cauliflower
- Cebolla
- 4 eggs
- Oil
- Sal
- Grated cheese optional
Steps
- Beat the eggs
- Add the tuna to the pan
- Oil the sides of a tall air fryer-safe pan.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the eggs. Integrate with the rest of the ingredients
- Add salt to taste
- Place the mixture in the container.
- Put in the deep fryer. Cake programme, 160 degrees for 30 minutes. I’ve been watching it
- When there are 3 or 4 minutes left, add the cheese and gratinate.
- I didn’t unmould it but cut the piece and served it.
