Ingredients
- Eggs 5 or 5 depending on size
- Harina Avena 320gr
- Protein cheese 0% fat
- 80 gr olive oil
- Yeast powder sachet
- Vanilla essence
- Nuezes
- 1 manzana
- Sesame a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Brown sugar 20 grams
- Chocolate pearls or grains to taste
- 1 manzana
Steps
- Add the oat flour, mix in the walnuts, apple and chocolate pearls at the end.
- Preheat the fryer for about 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Pour the mixture into the mould and give it about 25 minutes at 170 degrees.
- Add a little maple chirope or a little wet sugar on top of the cake, add the sesame seeds to make it stick, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to brown the whole thing.
