Ingredients

  • 9 pre-cooked lasagne pasta sheets.
  • 300 g minced meat (can be beef, pork or a mixture).
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
  • 400 grams of tomato sauce.
  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 200 grams of béchamel sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Orégano

Steps

  1. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper and oregano, cook until the meat is completely browned.
  2. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat, mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Place a layer of pasta in an air fryer-safe pan. Then add a layer of the meat mixture, a layer of béchamel sauce and some mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process until you have completed 3 layers, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. Place the pan in the fryer basket and cook the lasagne for 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking, check the lasagne to make sure it does not burn, and if necessary, cover with aluminium foil.
  5. Once the lasagne is golden brown and crispy on top, remove from the fryer and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
