Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 pot
- 4 eggs
- Chocolate 100 % pure
- 1 sachet of yeast.
- Margarine so it doesn’t stick.
- 1 pot of sunflower seed
Steps
- Beat the eggs with the panela, yoghurt and sunflower oil.
- Mix with the yeast and sand and pour half of the mixture into another bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate on a plate and pour the other mixture on top.
- Grease the mould with butter and pour in the mixture.
- Heat the fryer at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn it over and cook at 160 degrees for 5 minutes and you’re done!!!
