Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 pot
  • 4 eggs
  • Chocolate 100 % pure
  • 1 sachet of yeast.
  • Margarine so it doesn’t stick.
  • 1 pot of sunflower seed

Steps

  1. Beat the eggs with the panela, yoghurt and sunflower oil.
  2. Mix with the yeast and sand and pour half of the mixture into another bowl.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate on a plate and pour the other mixture on top.
  4. Grease the mould with butter and pour in the mixture.
  5. Heat the fryer at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn it over and cook at 160 degrees for 5 minutes and you’re done!!!
