Ingredients

  • 2 eggs XL
  • 1 plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt
  • White or brown sugar (2 measures of a glass of yoghurt)
  • Baking flour with baking powder (3 measures of yoghurt cup)
  • Plain flour (3 measures of yoghurt cup) + 1 sachet of baking powder (if using plain flour)
  • 1 glass light oil yoghurt (sunflower)
  • 1 mandarin
  • Black and white chocolate noodles

Steps

  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk, adding the flour little by little.
  3. Scratch the skin of a tangerine.
  4. Grind the mandarin pulp to obtain a liquid.
  5. Add the mandarin zest and juice to the mixture.
  6. Stir in the chocolate noodles.
  7. Grease a baking tin with margarine or oil.
  8. Pour the mixture into the mould.
  9. Place the mould in the airfryer.
  10. Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes.
  11. Lower the temperature to 160°C (320°F) and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  12. Remove the mould from the airfryer.
  13. Decorate with chocolate noodles to taste.

Check with a toothpick after the cooking time if it stains, add more time.
