Ingredients
- 2 large eggs (136 grams / 4.8 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (5 millilitres / 0.17 fluid ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (1 gram / 0.035 ounces)
- Water (quantity required)
Steps
- Precalienta la Airfryer a 180°C (350°F).
- Use small heat-resistant cups or silicone moulds.
- Lightly grease the inside of the glasses with oil.
- Crack each egg into a separate bowl and optionally add vinegar.
- Gently pour each egg into the prepared cup.
- Carefully place the glasses in the basket of the Airfryer.
- Cook the eggs at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
- Check the eggs at around 8 minutes.
- Adjust the cooking time if necessary.
- Carefully remove the cups from the Airfryer.
- Gently slide the poached eggs out of the glasses.
- Serve immediately.
