Ingredients
- Banana 4 bananas or 190 grams approx.
- 75 ml olive oil
- Vanilla essence a pinch and cinnamon to taste
- Baking powder half a sachet or about 6 grams
- Nuts to taste
- Chocolate pearls or small pieces to taste
Steps
- Mash the banana well, with a fork mix it with the yoghurt, oil, vanilla and cinnamon, add the two eggs and beat well.
- Add the sifted flour and the baking powder and mix well.
- It can be left to stand for a few minutes while the fryer is heated to 165 degrees.
